How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email orders@annlettering.com within 24 hours of order placement. Other order questions can also be directed to orders@annlettering.com. I will respond as soon as possible.


What is the estimated domestic shipping time?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class within 5 business days from when you placed your order and may take up to one week to arrive. Tracking number is provided with your shipping confirmation email so you can enjoy the comfort of knowing your package’s whereabouts! Once in awhile, delays may occur due to adverse weather or holidays.


Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is currently unavailable for physical products. Digital products are available for purchase worldwide.  

Do you offer shipment tracking?

All domestic orders come with tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will include a USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update its current location.


What is the refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final. I don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

What if my order is lost?

On rare occasions, USPS may lose or misdeliver your package or it could be stolen after delivery. I cannot be responsible for these incidents once it is in the hands of USPS. If you have been tracking your shipping information and believe your package is missing, please contact me ASAP at orders@annlettering.com.

What if my order arrives with damage?

I pack all orders carefully to handle any distress that may occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact me at orders@annlettering.com within 3 days of receiving your order with documentation of damaged products/packaging. I cannot be responsible for unfortunate events that occur outside of my control.


What if I receive the wrong item?

I will do my best to ensure you have the right products. If I made a mistake, please email orders@annlettering.com with documentation of wrong products within 3 days of receiving your order and I will fix this.


Why do the colors of my digital purchase look slightly different from the pictures online when I print them?

Colors may vary slightly between web and physical product due to different screen settings across multiple viewing devices. Printing quality and color will also vary depending on your printer and its color profile settings, as well as your paper choice.

Can I resell your products?

No, Annlettering goods are for personal use only. Reselling of any kind (including repurposing/adapting) is not permitted unless authorized by me.


Can I share my digitally downloaded purchases with multiple people?

No, digital purchases such as printable art are meant for personal use or as a gift. You cannot claim my digital download as your own or share the digital files, or use any part for commercial use.
